All CCC hand crafted calls are made of only the finest hardwoods, which are air dried for at least 8 years. The inserts are made of Osage Orange (same as hedge or bois d'arc). I use it because of its superior acoustical nature and extraordinary long term stability.
The standard CCC $75.00 hand crafted goose call comes with a very attractive hand finished locust barrel. It also comes with an instructional audio tape that will help you get all this call has to offer. A very nice call with plenty of low end "growl" and a loud top end or high note.
My standard $75.00 Canada and Snow Goose Calls come with a hedge insert and locust barrel. The $100.00 versions come with the best, most supportive inserts. A limited number of special wood barrels, such as black walnut or cherry, are available. Call for availability. I make all my hand crafted calls on a standard lathe and hand finish each one.
Please specify if you want the call to break from the low note to the high note easily or with a bit more pressure.
